Ok I have a question about a humid hide. I live in a. Old environment and this year has been brutally cold. So heater is always running, therefor it is very dry in the house. Should I have a humid hide with my Russian tortoise to bring to humidity up and add another micro environment?

Adult Russians only need about 30% humidity. It is always good to provide some kind of humidity, whether just a hide or the whole enclosure. Just be sure the temps don't get too low in the humid hide or enclosure. Cold and humid makes a sick tort.
