HULK Tortoise (Green burmese star)

I just got this baby burmese...and his skin color is green. Is he a mutant??
Hopefully he stays green forever. I like the color, when I opened the box when I got the package, he was the most outstanding and eye catching one.

My tort's skin was very green at first. It has gone away a bit as he's aged in the last few months, but he still has a little bit of a unique coloring for a russian. That's awesome! Hopefully these is not any sort of inbalance or anything though...
