How much to feed

Can someone please give me an accurate amount of food to feed adult red foot/yellow foot tortoise's during a feeding? Portion sizes are what I am looking for more then anything. I know this is an opened ended questioned based on a variety of different food types that these species eat. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 5-7 year old that gets 1 strawberry, a slice of banana and 2 berries. With a hand full of greens the size of his shell. Sometimes he will finish it, sometimes he wont. This was todays feeding. Tomorrow will be something different, but greens will be the same
