How big are russian tortoises

I have had my tortoise for about 5-6 years. Now I see him everyday so I can't tell if he has gotten bigger but I was curious on how big russian tortoises get.Thanks for your help

Female Russian tortoises generally get bigger than males. In the wild where they’re from, they spend most of their time underground hibernating or hiding from the heat during the summers so they’re growth is slower. But I’m captivity they’re usually active all year long being given more nutrients so they grow a lot faster.
Males stay around 5 inches and females 6-7 inches. I recently acquired an 8 inch female Russian tortoise and that’s the biggest I’ve seen.
