House plant for greek/russian enclosure

Im getting a greek or russian tortoise soon and I'm going to put some kind of live plant in his indoor enclosure for some fresh food when other things are hard to find. I would keep it in a small pot and put the pot in the enclosure so i would be able to clean the enclosure and take the pot out. Does anyone know of any small indoor ornamental grasses or broadleaf plants i could put in a greek/russian enclosure
