Aww cute! There is always a nest of blue tails under my parents back porch in the spring....I love waking up to the tiny guys sunning themselves on the bannister!

I wouldn't be able to have such a guest, my Cleo eats anything that moves and fits in her mouth.

I just found a nest under my porch as well :) the male has to be at least 8" and the baby's tail is the most beautiful shade of blue

Very cool. You must live in the south east? I love five lined skinks. we have western fence lizards sharing our sulcata enclosure. The babies are hatching now. So cute!

The only lizard I see around here is the fence lizard. I've been seeing a bunch of very tiny ones lately.

Love it! I used to have a female garter snake that lived in my yellowfoots pen. She lived there for two years but didn't return this summer.

Cool! I've never seen lizards here in the Denver Metro Area, although we do get six-lined race runners elsewhere in Colorado. I did once see a garter snake checking out my box turtle when I was a boy. :)
