I'm experimenting with making my own tortoise biscuits from homegrown, pesticide-free, ingredients (except for the timothy hay, I purchase that from a local feed store), and I found a recipe that my desert torts and sulcatas really seem to like. Starting next month, I'd like to make enough to send out a small test sample to 10 or 12 people to see if this is something that could be marketable. Anyone interested? Ingredients are down below:

70-75% of the following:
Timothy Hay
Wheat Grass
Bermuda Grass
African Grazing Grass Blend

15-20% of the following:
Dandelion (leaf and flower)
Cactus Pad
Sage Flower
Johhny Jump-up Flower
English Daisy Flower
Sweet William Flower
Purple Giant Hyssop Flower
Hibiscus (leaf and flower)

Less than 5% of the following:
Fig or Pumpkin (depending on availability)
Prickly Pear Fruit
Reptile Calcium Supplement
Reptile Probiotic
Reptile Multivitamin

This sounds really cool! I'll try it out for my sulcata!
