I have this Sulcata tortoise since it was a few months old now she is 7 years old her weight is 55 lb and her length is 20 in

I would like to know is she a Sudanese’s or Mali Sulcata

I don't think that's a Sudanese. Looks like a run of the mill sulcata.

The females of each look pretty similar and reach about the same size. Because they are grown so many ways in so many different climates and fed so many different things, they all grow a little differently and you really can't tell just by looking. Adult males are obvious because the Sudans are literally twice the size of the Mali's when fully grown, and they have the much higher dome. Females are not as obvious.
