Welcome. Before getting started on a tortoise table for a Redfoot. I'd suggest to have it enclosed and or use a large aquarium or tub. Redfoots are going to need a higher humidity and that is hard to achieve with a table as it's open to the elements of the room it's kept in.

If you go the aquarium route, buy used. They have their place, especially for humidity. You can always cover the glass.
