OK its official COMET it is.
When I named my two Greeks, I set up a sort of scrap book (binder really) with their names Ajax and Echo and the definitions or stories of their names (Greek Mythology). The binder has all this info including Vet visits, favorite food, weights and lengths etc. that I keep. Now Comet will have his too. Complete with the definitions you two have given.
Jacqui and Cam thanks.
Plus an friend of mine (an astrophysicist, pretty reliable) just told me that a comet named 17P/Holmes which is usually too faint to see has brightened by a factor of a million and now resembles a bright yellow star.
Oh, and his mustache from his favorite -dandilions and cats-tongue.
Born late Oct. 2007 - Guessing Oct. 29-31, 2007 in an outside pen to parents Ajax and Echo.

A comet usually too faint to be seen with the naked eye has brightened by a factor of a million since Tuesday, Astronomers are scrambling to observe the strange object.
Comet 17P/Holmes, which orbits the Sun every seven years on a path that takes it from the distance of Jupiter's orbit to about twice that of Earth's, is usually 25,000 times too dim to be seen with the naked eye. But since 23 October, it has brightened by a million times and now resembles a bright yellow star.
I don't know about anybody else, but I know I sorta live vicariously thru everyone else's animals. If something happens to them, I feel hurt and sad. Not as much as I do when it's one of my own, but still I feel. It's great when it's something so excitingly pleasant and unexpected that happens to somebody in here. It makes the times when you feel discouraged or the dismal weather is getting you down just fade away. You start feeling more positive. So I think we should be thanking you Crazy for sharing this magical time and Comet with us.
