Help, russian tortoise wound

My tortoise was outside, supervised and got poked through the bottom of his eyelid. He appears fine and is blinking alright. I rinsed the eye with warm water and soaked him for 20-30 minutes. I've read multiple things, some suggest just warm water rinses and terramycin, some suggest vetricyn reptile wound cleaner and zoomed eye drops. Please let me know what would be best. There aren't any exotic veterinarians near me. Pictures are of his injured eye and other eye for reference.

It will more than likely heal on its own with just keeping it clean, but the Vetericyn eye ointment won't do any harm.
