Help please!

Hey guys I have an Aldabra tortoise that had a lot going on with his health after going to reptile vet and getting a culture done. The Vet prescribed a ceftazidime injection once every 3rd day (72 hours) well I had about a 3-4 weeks supply and I have one more syringe left. Appa is still feeling bad and he seems to not eat as much and still making a clicking sound. I soak him every couple of days the temps are right and the food is a variety. So I guess my question is how long does it take for a tortoise to recover on an antibiotic? And should I go back to the vet? His eyes are open is looking good just seems to have issues breathing the vet said that the antibiotic should help treat everything going on with my tortoise. What else can I do?

You say temperature is right and food is good, but that means nothing to us. What's 'right' and 'good' to you may not mean the same thing to us.

Is the tortoise indoors or out? Do you have a GOOD UVB light or sun? (UVB plays a very big part in how a tortoise acts) How much room does the tortoise have to wander?

Post some pictures of the tortoise in his habitat.
