I ordered a Hermann tortoise and asked for photos, I guess I didn't really look close enough and was a little overly excited and purchased it. The order is coming in, in a few days but it is from a legitimate reptile store. These are the photos he sent me..

Does this look like a Hermann?

Greek tortoise is what comes to mind...however, I am not the best at id'g, so some of the others who are good at it will come by, sit tight :)

I'm getting him from a popular reptile store in Toronto so I figured he would know the differences.. Thank you guys for the responses! I just hope he doesn't send me the wrong kind

100% Greek tortoise. There's no question about this one whatsoever. I would certainly call them up and demand you receive the correct species or your money back. Unless of course you do not mind the mix up.
