Help..My leopard tortoise missing part of his beak (the red is strawberries, not blood btw)

Its normal for the beak to chip away and wear evenly. Your tortoise needs a beak trim all around. If you are feeding the correct foods, weeds, leaves, opuntia, flowers, etc..., the beak will wear normally. If you are feeding grocery store produce and fruit, you will have beak problems.
Leopard tortoises should never be fed strawberries or other sugary fruits. Please read this, and look for the leopard tortoise care sheet near the bottom:
