While soaking this morning my 1 year old Red Footed Tortoise (Bingo) climbed out of her soaking pot and into a near by potted plant that has fertilizer balls present. By the time I found her I noticed she had dirt around her mouth and a fertilizer ball stuck by her neck. I removed the fertilizer ball but realized she may have consumed some. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I know of nothing that can be done at this point. You'll just have to wait and see if she survives. Frequent long soaks may help dilute any toxins.

Time for a much large soaking tub that she can't climb out of.

You should know by tomorrow if there will be any complications.
If your tort acts normal, chances are he's going to be fine.
If he seems ill it'd be time to find a vet
