Help!! Fruit flies

I recently got fruit flies in my indoor 3 toed habitat. Is there anything I can use to get rid of them that won't harm the turtles?? I know they aren't really harmful, but it is really gross having a huge swarm of flies in the spare room!!

The only thing you can do is stop feeding fruit for a bit. The adults will eventually die off.
