babies.jpgHello-

I live in San Diego, CA, and have two boxies. I have had Frank- the three-toed for about 15 years, and Esmeralda the Eastern for about 4. Frank and Esme ignored each other for years and then suddenly last fall I found a nest of hatchlings. It was super fun to raise them and give them away- but I do not really want to be a turtle breeder so I was planning to rehome Esme this summer. The other day I found more babies- so I definitely need to adopt out some of my unintentional herd and go back to being a single turtle mama with only my true love Frank. :)

:) Hi and welcome! Ohhh they are so adorable! Sorry that you are deciding to give up Esme. :( Could you instead divide the enclosure by and chance?

If I can't find her a better home I will do that- I have a small yard and not tons of room for a bigger enclosure for her.
