Hi and welcome,
We could use a lot more information such as age and species of tort, how long you've had him etc.
Is that new damage or do you know how/when it happened, and has his behaviour changed?
If you post pictures of his enclosure and the bulbs you are using it will help members work out what's going on.

Lyn ty for replying so I have had him or her since this Saturday so 4 days the pet shop said that they were 2 years old I haven't looked at its back at all or don't remember I did but I just noticed it. It is showing signs of pregnancy like bumps on the plastron loss of appetite and digging everywhere and not Baskin. I don't have a uvb nor a hetalamo but through the day it has fresh sun all day. Also I feed it Romain lettuce and cucumber mostly

When you say the bumps are on the plastron do you mean the top shell (carapace)?
The plastron is underneath.
If you do mean the bottom shell can you post pics of it.
We need to know more about how you are keeping him e.g. in an enclosure or just free roaming in your garden. Does he have shade and access to water? Do you bring him in at night?
Have you any other animals who could have bitten your tort?
What species is he? I think he may be a Mediterranean/Temperate species in which case this is the caresheet you should try to follow as closely as possible - especially for diet Romaine and cucumber are not good regular foods, they need a much more varied diet.
www.thetortoisetable.org.uk is also a good guide for tort safe foods

It is actually a greek tortoise but also when I visited the pet shop he wasn't providing for them the best life he just put wood remaining and a clay bolw of water and it is in an enclosure beside the window that has sun from sunrise till sunset the substrate is soil covered with some wood peeling and by plastron I mean the bottom part. In its enclosure it seems ti be lazy but when I put her in the living room it starts running all of a sudden. I can tell it isn't human shy cause I have hand fed her multiple times since day 1 and also I soak her everyday till she poops then I dry her with a towel just form the top and let her free roam a little

Sounds like she didn't have a good start.
We need pics of the plastron to see what the bumps are.
Please answer some of the other questions I asked which will help us to help you and I will tag some people who have more medical knowledge @Yvonne @Tom @zovick @ZenHerper . The more information you give the better.

It is very dangerous to let torts roam the house, there are many hazards such as dust, human and pet hair, small objects that could cause choking or impaction of the gut. Being crushed in doors is very possible. Is there a chance the injury could have been caused by the tort being accidentally kicked or trodden on while it was roaming your house?
In addition it is very stressful for torts to keep changing their environments which is perhaps why she runs about, it is also much colder at floor level for her.

By free roam I mean that she is walking in the house but with supervision when when it comes close to smt I always move her away. I can't take a picture of he r plastron cause she is digged in the floor and sleeping I think so

Please read that care sheet. This tortoise will not survive if you continue to do it this way. It needs a large enclosure with all the proper heating, lighting, substrate, hides, and temperatures.

Loose in your house will eventually result in a problem. It always does. It can't be made safe and it doesn't matter how closely you intend to supervise. We've seen this many times here. Don't learn this lesson the hard way at the expense of the tortoise.

Its not eating because you don't have it set up in a life sustaining environment. Get the correct heating and lighting going ASAP.

Looks like it's been dropped or stepped on. Make sure your light isn't too close, it could burn the new growth. ('too close' would be anything closer than 12" )

"Running like crazy" when placed loose on the floor means he's very afraid and trying to get to a safe place, out of sight of predators.
