Robis particularly needs a beak trim, it is looking pretty bad and will effect eating.
Pecina is not so bad and the beak could be easily filed, clipped or just left and with a slate in place may wear down naturally, but Robis needs attention.

what can be done to avoid the shell deformation?
The shell deformation is called pyramiding.
It can't be reversed but to stop it getting worse you need to increase your humidity.
Use a closed chamber, soak the tortoises for 15 to 20 minutes two or three times a week, daily to begin and make sure your substrate is moist, but not wet and that your temperatures are correct.

Also that coiled bulb is dangerous to tortoise eyes and/or doesn't put out enough UVB.
Get rid of it immediately.
You need an MVB (mercury vapour bulb) or strip UVB light instead.

Thank you very much for all information. I turned the light off. I was told at the shop that this light bulb will be perfect for my tortoises :(. We have very small choise in our shops. I will try to find some lamps in UK shops and ask my husband to get them as he is very often there. Ok, starting reading all the information in the given links :)

Sadly, a lot of pet shops in all countries give out of date or inaccurate information. They are there to get you to part with your money.
Can you return it to the shop?
Also the internet has good offers on Amazon etc.

I can not return it because I have not kept the receit :(. But the thing I worry most is that I have been using it for about a half year. I hope it hasn't done any damage to my tortoises eyes.

Lifespan of those things is often only 6 months anyway, so you'd need a new one.
Hopefully no harm done, if his eyes are ok at the moment, he should be fine.
But get a better one from now on.
To alert someone you must use the ampersand @ before the name.
So i am @Tidgy's Dad for example.
Though, oddly, you system might work ?
