I am redoing my table. I want to warm the dark end of the table. It is enclosed. Should I keep it enclosed or should I open it and put a large hide in it and utilize the CHE and UV lights to balance the Temps? My tort doesnt go in the covered part during the winter. So the lights and che are on timer. But I want to utilize the hole table. This is an old pic. I am adding wooden stand for the lights to hang from. And a few more things to the table. Any suggestions would be great. I want this done right. 20220202_115101.jpg

What species of tort do you have and how old/big?
Torts tend to outgrow those tables pretty quickly so you may need something with more floor space.
