Your little baby needs all the real sun time it can get until his shell starts to harden. 4 or 5 hours a week might be ok.

I am sitting next to them with a plastic container. Just a half hour/one day, that okay?
What is the temperature where you live?
As much as an hour a day or at least a half hour a day plus calcium 2 to three times a week would be the first way to help dark soon.
Then change your bedding out to something that holds moisture would be the second thing I would do soon.
Get a good uvb bulb for inside like a powersun bulb, those work great.

He always close his eyes and sleep, seem not active. So he doesnt eat. That seriously. What should I do know? :(:(:(:(
he seem be frail.

You should really find a vet. He probably needs a calcium shot asap. Too l9ng without calcium, uvv, and humidity. We have a vet section here on the forum by state. Please look at it and find one.

Try soaking him in warm water with baby carrot food. Do you have a balcony that you can leave the plastic bin he is in outside?

Not sure but If it were my baby I would take to a vet tomorrow for sure.

That style bulb causes eye damage and you already have some eye issues :( I would not buy that.
