Head twitch mbd?

My tort sometimes has a head twitch. I'm wondering if this is normal? He doesn't always do it but I see him do it in his outside enclosure from time to time could this be signs of mbd? He has cuttlebone that he chews on and gets lots of outside exposure.

It is most likely breathing that you see.
Normal, nothing to be concerned about.

Now, if your "twitching" is violent convulsions or rapid intense shaking....that could be a problem. Still wouldn't be MBD but I don't think this is the movement you see anyway.
