I have a good sized property but still keep Su (almost 3yr old) nside when the weather is bad.any engineers out there who can design a handheld food gathering device that will spare my knees, back and manicures?

I am thinking of a sticklike device with cutting blades that has an integrated collection bag. I could avoid destroying my nails every day ripping up clover, grass, plantain, wild lettuces, dandelion. She truly STILL does not like hay, even though I sprinkle a good amount of it in with her food daily. She does her best to "eat around" it. Spoiled, just as my humanoid kids. Guilty as charged.

I think this has already been designed. Have you ever seen a scythe?

I use scissors and a 5 gallon bucket. Grab a clump with one hand, cut with the other. Throw it in the bucket.

That is what I do. I don't want to be mistaken for the grim reaper of the neighborhood. I was thinking of something like a small cord free vacuum with cutter blades.
