Grass fertilizer

Is there any way I can fertilize my large grazing area for my sulcata? I realize I can't use fertilizer but maybe there is some way I can organically supplement my soil? "Tommie G" is about 50 lbs and lives outside all year.Constantly grazin',don't want to poison him?

I believe manure, worm castings, fish fertilizer, etc, are ok. They are all natural.

I would throw on any of the above, no chemical based fertilizers and you will be good.
