Good sealant

Looking for some sealant’s that aren’t toxic? What did you guys use on your wood?

Ive used zero voc latex indoor house paint in the past with no problems. I put 5 coats and caulk all seams and they lasted forever.. even with scrubbing them down during cleanings

Or u could go with melamine.. its just heavy af but saves the mess of painting.. just caulk the seams well
