For certain species it is. Which do you inquire feeding for? Manouria, some kinixys, indotestudo and sometimes chelonoidis will eat it. I dont recommend it for testudo or grazing species.

Well on that note yes. They love it. Wash the leaves if its a newly store bought plant though.
