Our redfoot's bioactive enclosure is suddenly having infestation issues iwth gnats and small flies. We have traps set up around the outside of the enclosure (zevo plug-in trap & sticky pads) but they have now gotten into the heating system and we are finding them throughout the house. The substrate is relatively new and the isopods do a great job of keeping things clean, but having these things flying around the house is downright maddening. I know they thrive in moisture, so does anyone have a solution for maintaining humidity and still keeping pests under control? We have zevo traps in every room & they fill up multiple times a week.

This article will help a ton.
You essentially want to give things a chance to dry put, but the article explains more in depth.

Hm another idea is to use chamomile tea, there are chamomile shots for flowers it kills the larvaes, chamomile tea sprayed over enclosure should be safe for most reptiles
