fungal infection

i think my star is suffering with some fungal infection. her skin is sheading and becoming all white. and now i can see white deposites on her shell also. plz tel about the sumptoms of fungal infection in star tortoise and its prevention.

I really don't have experience with fungus, but I'm thinking its usually on the shell, if on the skin it would be red/raw...I think.

Can you get us a clear picture?
