Rexann finally had her first soak. She wouldnt let me wash her face or her arms but we got all the big chunks off!! (after changing the water FOUR times!!) :) Hopefully as she adjusts to me and her new home she will get more comfortable.

She decided the bath wasnt so bad if she got a feast afterwards!! I mixed the orchard grass in with the lettuce after soaking it in hot water but the little stinker picked right through and only ate the lettuce!! Next time I will cut it up even smaller in hopes she cant pick around it.

So does anyone have a guess on her age maybe? I have NO clue.

Have a great night!!

Age could vary greatly..
as for her grass.. wet the lettuce, place in a bag, cut up the grass hay into small peices and place in bag and shake. it will coat the lettuce and she will get some of it and maybe develope a taste for it.

Give us a length and a weight, plus a pic with a size reference, like a coke can or something, and we can give you a closer range on the age. It is highly variable though. Some grow very slowly, while others sprout like a bad weed.
