Forum pictures not loading

This is probably my computer's problem, because it doesn't seem to be happening to other's reading the posts. When someone posts a picture my computer doesn't load it. It shows up as a little green square. Here's a screen shot. I'm talking about Jackson's post #3, but it happens on every post and even the pictures in folks's avatars:

I think a starting point would be to check your settings.
Click on (or copy/paste into address bar) the following and make sure the "Show all Images" option is checked.

chrome://chrome/settings/content

Thanks, Cameron. That portion was correctly set. The pictures seem to be showing up ok now.

It was ok for a day or so, and now its not loading properly again.

I have a little animated turtle in my signature, but see here in the screen shot there is no picture in my signature.

Some pictures show up and others don't, and if I right click on the little square it doesn't open the picture.

i commonly see people with all kinds of problems..especially pictures. ive only had one problem the whole time ive been on the forum (the app crashing on my phone) and it was fixed two days later. apart from that, nothing.

Yeah, so with using the TFO file upload system, images can be selected with the "choose file" button, and the image designation is shown , and when I use the "add attachment" button the screen blinks, and the place where the file designation had been clears, and it is as if no file had been chosen.

Any idea's?

I heard that servers or something above my pay grade are being changed, but I also see other people are still uploading images, in mass.
