Flukers Forest Moss

Have a crab habitat that I use Flukers All Natural Moss. It looks nice, really nice green that is not dyed according to the woman i asked a couple of years ago. It hold moisture well, it doesnt say what kind of moss though so don't know if it is a sphagnum one or not. Would this be ok in my redfoots enclosure??

I've used stuff like this before, but was not impressed with the cost/benefit ratio. The 'live' mosses seem to be a better deal but are harder to find (http://www.bigappleherp.com/Nature-Zone-Moss )
