We have this little flower growing in my garden and I cannot identify it. My sulcata hatchling is really interested in it. So, what is it and is it okay for him to nibble on. I've been moving him each time he tries.

I'm not sure, because I've never seen it in person, but it might be jasmine.

Jasmine is a vine with glossy dark green single leaves and flowers in singles. I tried to figure this one out, but the 4 petals with the green/yellow center threw me off the scent. It isn't white campion or sweet William or .....

By golly, Nicole, you're right!! How did Edna and I miss that one?

Won't you take a few moments to start a new thread in the "Introductions" section and tell us a bit about yourself?

I didn't get it because the plant pictured doesn't bear any immediate resemblance to the little alyssums out in my planters. This must be how alyssum grows in a warmer climate? It's an annual here, but the picture show old bloom stems like you would see on a perennial. I learn something new every day!
