Flipping out!

All of a sudden my turtles are going on a turtle flipping streak. Any suggestions? There is coco coir as the bedding and it is too soft for them to flip back over. I have tried everything to help stop the flipping. Help please!

I use plantation soil with forest moss on top mine flip over lots( I think they do it on purpose sometimes lol) but they can always right themselves.

If you have too many in one enclosed they will actually flip each other over. Also make sure you don't have anything stacked up high, they like to climb and will fall off of things.
