I was digging around in her outside home and I'm pretty sure I seen a few fleas. Couldn't catch one to be sure. Is there anyway to get rid of fleas without poisons and sprays that anyone knows of????

Being a coldblooded animal your tort will not be a host to fleas as they are a parasite of warmblooded animals.

I agree with Larry. What you probably saw was on of the detrivorous substrate flies that occur everywhere. Those, and fleas too, are completely harmless to your tortoise.

Probably just springtails, I can't seem to get away from those little buggers.
