Flashed oviduct

While carrying my female sulcata to be weighed I noticed she started to defecate. I tilted her vertically when I noticed and after she passed her BM her oviduct came all the way out. It immediately retracted. I was wondering if this was a sign of anything such as infection or wanting to mate or just because I was holding her while she was passing. She is heathy as a bull. 14 inches long .

Now, to me, that doesn't look like a regular MALE penis. It looks like what I'd expect in a female. I'm positive thats a female tail, so I'm certain that is simply her oviduct.

I'm trying to re trace my steps to see what changes have occured .. Two weeks ago we had a winter blast and the temp dropped down in the teens. I removed her Kane pig mat from the wall and placed it directly on the floor to provide adequate heat for her during this time. I do have a zilla temp regulator that should shut the heat off at 88 degrees. I am wondering if this may have caused this. Or that the BM she passed was a lot more solid than usual. I don't want to say she has an prolapsed organ because it has retracted however I do not assume this is normal and want to know the cause. I have also increased the mazuri intake due to the freeze so I am assuming she may be constipated. I have feed her a can of pumpkin and a long soak. Has anyone else experienced this at all?

Still, if anything, I'd imagine a young male's to be smaller, more of an oval shape when open.
