i just made a new outdoor enclosure for my two babies, for the nice days. Question is, is there a sulcata safe fire ant poison, such as an organic formula I can treat the new enclosure with?

dichotomous earth food-grade it's not a poison it's millions and millions of tiny exoskeletons that cut the ants and kills them. I also use boric acid which is safe as a trap bait that I mix with honey but I don't know if it'll work on red ants it works great on black

You can put the poison all around the outside edge of the habitat, but they can still burrow under. If you see an ant mound inside the enclosure, dig out a tiny valley in the middle of it and pour poison slowly down into the ant hill. Then cover it up with a big piece of slate or something heavy that covers it totally and place something heavy on it so the tortoise can't move it.
