No pics yet he comes in the mail next Friday as an early Christmas surprise! These last few weeks I've been building his enclosure and gathering everything I need.

Then maybe you need to name him with Christmas related things. How's that? Or have you thought of any name you'd give to him?

Oooo yes! If it's a boy you should name him "nicholas" or "nick" if it's a girl you should name her "Noel!" :D

I have to let the wife decide on the name since it will be her gift. We haven't discussed names yet seeing she doesn't know. I like the Christmas related names though.

The enclosure looks neat. How about the inside, have you started preparing for the substrate and other things?

Yeah the inside is ready to go just need to put it all in there. I will be using the coco coir for substrate and I already have the heater wire I will attach and temp controlled via thermostat I bought. I also have a red infrared light as well as a mvb bulb. I also made him a hide from concrete as well.

Seems you have already got some good planning for him. Might want to close parts of the top cover to increase the humidity once you get him.

Congratulations!

Interesting looking enclosure. Sounds like you're all prepared. Can you tell us more about it? I'm not exactly sure what all the parts do.

Yeah it's 2ft by 4ft long and the sides are 10in high. Home Depot had a piece of plastic for $1.97 that was exactly 2x4ft as well. I bought that and cut 2 corners out 10x10 that I will hang the lights through. The piece you see in the rear the lights will hang from up there. I also have a heater wire for the floor along with a hide I made out of some concrete.
