I was planning to build a enclosure outside in my backyard because I heard its alot better, and I 100% believe that. If anyone can show me what it could look like or what materials to use, I was planning to buy wood planks or something somewhat thick because I have heard that they can take a fence out when they are older. If possible, please leave some information on my tortoises enclose :D Thanks, one last thing, they are a sulcata tortoise.

Are you in North America? I'll try to attach some photos showing the CHEAP and sturdy way I've made most of mine with 4' steel fence pickets and dog eared wooden fence slats and outdoor screws.
Pound the pickets into the ground and attach the lumber with exterior screws and you can make them 6, 12, 18, 24 feet and so on with no math skills or past carpentry skills at all. Just a hammer and a screw driver and less money than you might imagine. The pickets are a couple bucks each and the lumber for fencing is pressure treated and holds up to the weather and are about $1 each.
Just what works for me. A big, adult Sulcata would snap the fence like a twig, but I think that this could work for you for years..Forever with a smaller species.

Big is best and don't forget, sulcatas are very strong and can dig deep.
