Nice! Just a suggestion: Get some Gorilla tape and tape down the loose edges of your liner. As the tortoises grow and try climbing the sides they're going to grab onto that liner and destroy it, getting the substrate all messed up and under the liner (this is the voice of experience talking ).

Hello and Welcome. Your torts look big for hatchlings. I'm thinking if you got them from a pet store, they are not hatchlings. They also should not be kept in pairs. Be prepared to build another enclosure, as these two will eventually need to be separated. One will bully the other to illness or death.
