hi guys i cant believe it, i only just cleaned out my incubator yesterday after the last hermann tortoises hatched and when i went down to my tortoise shed to feed them today i noticed the nesting site had been disturbed i checked it out and found another 4 eggs, this is her first set of 4 eggs but seriously how many eggs can one tortoise lay a year? she has layed 10 eggs since mid summer. dont get me wrong im happy she layed more but do you think she has finished now for the winter or could she still be carrying more?
