Another awesome member told me to get the multi- blade herb scissors and cut all greens with it. Mix it up so that he can't avoid any specific type. You can put a large amount of the stuff he likes and over time drop that amount lower as he gets used to eating other stuff

In my opinion, it's quite ok if he won't eat kale. Kale is one of the goitrogens, which means too much of it may suppress the function of the thyroid gland.

Mine eat kale pretty fine they didn't touch it Much when younger, but they eat it now. I put it on with there sales along with like 5-7 other things lol. Kale has a lot of calcium, so I keep it in there variety lol. I also always offer all my tortoises the house salads of the day, some like kale then others, some like endives more then others ect. I always offer even if they don't eat it. Plus I make shakes with veggies in it and kale so I always seem to have kale in my fridge lol

This got me worrying, I just got some kale today, it's a huge bundle, should I not feed it? Sorry not trying to hijack this thread, just a quick question.

Kale will stay good for a long time,if he's young I would feed it every third or fourth day for variety,if there older you can feed a little more but even then I would feed it every third or fourth day for older one's as well but that's me other's might feed it more often but I stick with a routine diet from baby's to adults variety is the key young and old...
