Okay, this may seem funny but I need a good way to spot my tort after letting her enjoy some time in the yard. Has anyone found or thought of a good way to attach a flag or something to make your tort more visible?

How old/big is the tort?
About 5 years old and no more than 6 inches diameter

Is the yard enclosed with a fence? I have heard of people taping balloons to their shells but it is still very risky and a good way to lose your tort.

U could maybe put down a portable outdoor enclosure that u could put aside when not in use

Agreed, There are portable dog play pens that could work if you are sitting outside.

Yes something u can simply fold up and put aside when not in use.
