Hey, I’m looking for eastern box turtles for a friend in south Florida any available?

That's going to be a bit challenging. Since we have limits on possession (2 per person, eggs count), collection (1 per day), and transportation (1 at a time, unless you have a good paper trail) of T. carolina box turtles in Florida, the normal vendors and turtle breeders here do not breed and sell them.
Your friend's best bet would probably be to join up with a local herp society and make friends with any members who have box turtles. If any of them have box turtles who produce babies, they may well be willing to share their excess with a sincere, responsible, and communicative fellow herp society member.
