Early signs of Pyramiding?

Am wondering if there are any early signs of pyramiding. Seems the new growth are starting to appear raised? Is this within normal?

Temps and humidity are within range. Trying to work on a more varied diet but right now seems he picks and chooses mazuri above the offered leafy veggies. Nibbles on those mostly but never consummed full. Even in the absence of mazuri, nibbles are all he takes.

He isn't particularly big on appetite so was surprised with what seems to ve good weight gain. Has gone from 58g/65mm to 250g/110mm since I got him in February this year. Hatch date I am told is December 2018. Is th is within range or too fast? Am concerned avout the beginning of pyramiding

Will try to get sime photos later. Basically he lives in a small courtyard and in a tub at night. Am in the Philippines so temps and humidity are all within range.
