I own a 1 1/2 year old sulcata and i feel like her enclosure is too dry. Should I lightly spritz het coconut fibre? Because right now it has the concistency of sand.

At that age, s/he would still benefit of a humidity of 80%. Too dry plays a big roll in pyramiding. If you cover the enclosure and add warm water to the corners of the enclosure and spritz the top layer and make sure the temps are no lower then 80 then you should build up a good humid enclosure. At the very least, he should have a warm humid hide to sleep in and a damp top layer.
