Dry neck

Hello! Could anyone help me check out Shiao-Heh? I was doing some research on the forum because I saw dry/ sloughing(?) skin on her neck. Some people mentioned that tortoises shred gradually... But I'm not sure how it looks like? I've attached two pictures of her neck here. Hope someone can help me confirm it.

I soak her 3-4 times a week and spray water on her everyday.

Looks normal to me for a tortoise shedding some skin....you say you soak 3-4 times a week....perhaps you can increase that to once a day while you see the shedding taking place? This will help to increase hydration and ease the shedding....I would do the soaks for 30 minutes at least in a warm water soak....

Thanks for confirming it! I'll try to soak them longer to see if that would help! (only if she could stop trying to escape from the soak! )
