Dried flowers, how to feed?

Hello guys,

I have just bought dried (viola bloom, taraxacum paper and hibiscus). I don’t have them fresh at my city.

So i’m wondering would that even benefit them if its dried? Is it good for them?

Also, I don’t have any idea on how often and how much I should feed these to them.

Should I soak the dried food before feeding or not?

I do both... I will sometimes sprinkle the dried flowers over mixed greens, other times I rehydrate them either plain or with mazuri and use it like a dressing.
