My tort has been chewing on my dogs bone when he is roaming around the house. Should I keep it away from him, or just let him be?

It's a regular rawhide dog bone

My redfoot will do the same, but doesn't stay long. Is he tearing pieces off?

That is funny....likely taste yummy...but I would be most concerned that your dog does not every come upon him doing this...also...I wonder if you should just get him his own---I don't know that I would feel comfortable having the canine placing the bone back in his mouth after it was slobbered on by a reptile--you know what I mean....

The dog could care less about his bone...... Haha and he is very calm and good around the tort
But he has gotten a little chunk I noticed.

I just want to make sure it won't harm the tortoise.
Maybe it will help keep his beak down as he has no interest in the calcium block I got him

The only prob then that I would have is potential impaction if the tort gets a piece small enough to swallow but too big to pass...hmm, going to be a judgement call on your part seems to me....:D
