As someone who does not have a lot of access to the weeds that are usually recommended for a baby russian what would you guys say would be the best thing to buy at a grocery store to help get him the same nutritional values.

endive, escarole, arugula, chicory dandelion radicchio, mustard greens, collards are a few good ones

In winter I use endive and escarole as staples and rotate through spring mix, arugula, radicchio, collard and mustard greens. I soak Zoomed Grazing Grassland food and hay pellets in water to a mush and mix into the greens for extra fiber. I find they eat a lot less, but are happier than with just greens. Just a little of the commercial foods will go a long way.
