diet question

I work at an organic/ natural grocery store and they have these items here. I was just wondering if any of this was good for my Greek tort

Anise Fennel
Lacinato Kale
Sage leaf
Oregano leaf
Alfalfa sprouts
Thyme

I don't know that those are something the tort would like??? I don't see anything that would harm them...well, I would be hesitant on offering the anise....I don't know why really---just does not sit well.
